Raw Material Quality Control

Effective manufacturing begins with a well-managed supply chain. At YZ, we practice responsible material sourcing by partnering with suppliers who undergo a rigorous selection process. Our suppliers are evaluated based on material quality, specification compliance, quality consistency, responsiveness, delivery reliability, and pricing. Through continuous monitoring of our supply chain, we ensure that all materials meet high-grade standards while maintaining competitive pricing.

We recognize that superior products start with high-quality materials. All incoming raw materials for air filters undergo rigorous evaluation using our in-house filter testing systems to ensure compliance with international standards. Every batch of filter media must be verified for key parameters such as filtration efficiency, pressure drop, thickness, basis weight, tensile strength, and more.

Following production, a comprehensive series of tests is conducted on the finished products to guarantee optimal performance. Critical metrics such as efficiency and initial pressure drop are required to be validated prior to shipment.
